All sale items are final sale and are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, no exceptions!
Shoes must be returned within 10 days of receipt with the original packaging. They must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. All orders that are not returned within the 10 days are final sale. If shoes are not returned in the original state they were received, no exchange or store credit will be honored.
Buyer is responsible for shipping fees to return the shoes to us. We will pay for shipping if there is an error on our part. Example( Wrong size or product received and or defective merchandise upon arrival). You will be emailed a shipping label to return the shoes to us.
Please ship shoes back in a shipping bag or box. Do not ship the shoebox back with postage or tape on it. Any shoeboxes returned with tape will be charged a 20% restocking fee, no exceptions. Please note that store credit will be given minus the original shipping cost, any discounts, fees and taxes which were applied. Once store credit is issued, you will be emailed a code or gift card voucher to use. You have 1 year to use the code or voucher before it expires. Please contact us by email to submit a request to return your shoes.
